The contoured body is made from formed 1/4" steel plates that are welded to a 1-1/8" diameter solid steel handle with a full perimeter inside weld for maximum strength. It has a powdercoat finish for corrosion resistance.

The CNC machined solid steel collar shafts are designed to accept standard 1" weight collars.

The weight plates and collar shafts are clear-zinc plated for corrosion resistance.
